EPP Group interview questions

The interview process was weird. The man said initially he worked as part of the training team throughout this uncomfortable process but then later towards the end of the interview claimed to be the director. He appeared all over the place and sketchy.

The interview process was very disorganised and unprofessional. After being rescheduled. There was a delay for the interviewer to attend the meeting remotely, unclear communication, and the interviewer seemed unprepared. Questions were irrelevant to the role, I was asked " and there was no opportunity to discuss skills or experience. It was quick and flat.
