Initially contacted by a recruiter, phone interview, all day, multi-employee one on one interview. Arrived at 8:00 am. and finished at 4:00 pm. Generally, they require a presentation from technical applicants. Small startup technology company.

Interview
Start from informal phone interview twice within one day, and then one formal phone interview. Finally one onsite interview. I directly contact the hiring manager through email. After discussing my resume three time on phone, I was one of four candidates for the onsite interview which was set up after one month of the first phone interview.
