Primero te llaman a validar si cumples con el perfil y si cumples te programan una entrevista presencial grupal con otros aspirantes al cargo. Luego te hacen preguntas de carácter académico y laboral para finalmente ver si hacer match con el cargo y programarte una mockup call con un tema aleatorio y ver si te desempeñas bien en esa llamada ficticia frente a un formador o supervisor
