initially it was a job interview. But halfway through the interview the director and owner started to ask about direct leads and contacts. in the end it ended up becoming a collaboration between me and current company
Every round of session like a panel interview with 2 to 4pax. Went 2 times. Asking and joking with unrelated to work scope, not very professional. Monetary expectation not there. They will keep level down on your expectation.
