So far, two series of interview. Both through Skype, followed by a physical interview. Their recruitment process is quite ample since they have offices worldwide. Their main recruitment center is based in Zurich but they are able to locate potential employees anywhere in the world.

The interview process was pretty simple, they don't have human resources or a recruiting unit, so I had only two interviews, initially with my direct employer, then with the Country Manager.
