Had a phone interview and was told I would be notified about setting up in-person interview. Received the automatic email with instructions on setting up dates and submitted them. Did not hear back. Tried to send again with no result again. A few weeks later got an email saying "after meeting" they decided not to advance me.
It's one thing to do a phone interview and decide not to meet the person, which is fine. It's another thing to ask to set up the in-person interview at which point the potential employer should follow through. If they don't, I think an explanation rather than an automated response saying "after meeting you" is due. For a technology position, this was a poor showing of how they use technology.
