Respectful, considered, and very open in terms of job requirements and expectations. Hiring manager was exceptionally kind and this was one of the primary reasons I accepted the offer. The culture, once onboarded, matched exactly what was covered during the interview. I have no complaints about the interview process although during times it was a bit protracted due to calendars.
