It was a mediocre interview experience Pros: Awesome recruiter Cons: Four unnecessary seperate interviews with the President for an entry level position - totally unheard of. I can see 2 or 3 interviews for entry level job but not 4. Questionable hiring managers making snied remarks like: "Why don't you go back to school if you are looking to get into software development?" The Hiring team was late 6-15 mins in every interview.
