I applied online. I interviewed at ECS Virtual Support (Charlotte, NC) in May 2023
Interview
Nice people who seem to care. Process was not long at all. I would recommend to anybody who can listen. They get you right on track. Just have everything ready and turn your camera on and listen.

Question 1
Hours, pay, would you want to work commission or hourly.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ECS Virtual Support (Jersey City, NJ) in Apr 2023
Interview
My first interview with the company took FOUR whole hours, for a virtual customer service job. Four hours of rigorous assessment after assessment, I passed it all only to fill in my sensitive information, my ssn and to be told I didn’t qualify for the last round. If I did qualify, the company expects you to go through a four week unpaid training, which I think is honestly absurd. But I was desperate for a job so I was going to go through that as well. Now I’m thankful I didn’t, because I started looking up their reviews and apparently they don’t pay, and when they do it’s peanuts. Going through all these hoops just to get screwed over at the end is ridiculous. I wish I looked them up before wasting my time.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at ECS Virtual Support (Spring Hill, FL) in Apr 2022
Interview
A group zoom call where you have to have camera on and they will record you. They show a few prerecorded videos and slideshows that gloss over a few of the major concerns with this client/user model.
They attempt to herd the potential end users into different zoom rooms to get registered. There is a rush rush hurry hurry pace.
The unprofessionalism of the staff is a clear warning to avoid these personnel like the plague. I have read their replies on BBB and Glassdoor.
Overall, this entire "interview" reads like a shady MLM but instead of faulty shampoo, the product is you and any unfortunate friends you rope into this "business".
I am glad I asked about the concerns outlined in the reviews from here as they really did not know how to maneuver them without contradicting themselves.
Interview questions [2]

I asked about their payment model and if ECS takes money off of the end user's pay
