ECC Japan interview questions

I interviewed in country with a few others. Had to do a one-on-one interview with the HR staff, and then some lesson demos. HR staff were supportive and encouraging, rather than critical.

The interview process was quite extensive, but understandable as they're recruiting abroad. You must fund your own way to a day-long interview at an urban hub in your region. The interviewers were very kind though, you learn a lot and can have all your questions about the company answered. It included an english exam as well as a kids lesson demo.
