Interview
I emailed them a few times and eventually they got back to me asking if I still needed an internship. I went into the office for an interview and during the interview they asked me what my skills are and what I wanted out of an internship. It was a very laid back interview in which they asked me simple questions and explained to me how the firm runs. The interview was more of just having a conversation. I also don't think they were interviewing anyone else, so the interview served more of a purpose to just make sure I would be a good fit. They offered me the internship on the spot and I started two weeks later.

Interview
The interview process is very casual, like everything else at this firm. Management is friendly and open to different conversations. The know what they are talking about but you can tell how unorganized the firm is right away.
