Dynatron Software interview questions

I had an interview in January, during which I was asked to complete a simple code assessment involving basic customer CRUD operations. What was supposed to be a technical interview turned out to be a thorough review of my resume. After a couple of hours, they rejected me. I want to highlight that this company seems to prioritize loyalty over experience or technical skills. If you have stayed at your previous job for at least five years, even if you're not particularly strong in coding, this might be an opportunity for you. Not a single technical question was asked during the interview.

Interviewing with Dynatron was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and tried to put me at ease. The recruiter was very responsive and thorough when describing the job. While I didn't get the job because I was lacking in experience in one area, I found the process to be very instructive, and I enjoyed talking with everyone and learning more about the company.
