I four rounds of interviews. I met with the initial recruiter, who did a brief screen. I then met with the president of HR, which was only about 30 minutes. He was mostly talking about the company, and what they envision for the role. My third interview was with two other HR Generalists in the USA, whom I would be working closely with. Then I had a final in person meeting with the two owners of the small family owned company that DORC recently acquired. I would be working with them until the acquisition was complete. The interview process was a bit longer than desired. They did offer me the position, but I declined and accepted another offer elsewhere. Salary expectations were lower than expected, and the benefits were not good enough to justify taking a pay cut.
