You speak with the nurse recruitment office and a specific recruiter who is assigned to the units you are interested in. You interview with them briefly, they go over benefits, etc then you interview with the nurse managers in each dept.

Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a patient.
I applied online and then I was contacted by the floor manager to set a time for a phone interview. She was nice, asked my experience and what specialties I work in and which surgeries I am comfortable doing. She followed up shortly with an offer.

Panel Interview with 3 current staff members over zoom. Nothing too out of the box however take it with a grain of salt, I was a new grad when interviewed
It was good since they were really kind and nice. To make sure I should get a job here, maintained positive smile all the time while the whole interview. That was quite big experience for me.
