Over the phone interview, nothing technical, they like to learn more about your character and performance rather than you knowledge. They ask you why do you want to work with them and what do you know about the industry.
not difficult, easy to discuss, comfortable, HR team give the best responses and make a deal with a good solution. interviewer can't nervous, because they are getting the discuss with a good question.

Interview
Got a call back a week after I applied. There was already a pool of people. First interview is with the team you will be working with. They poke at you at a Very Technical and give and put you in hard scenarios. So be sure to study up.

You will be asked NESC related questions, at least for distribution and substation engineering
Relatively easy. Just behavioral questions and going in depth on past experiences. Nothing technical and they dont try to trick you. Just be confident in your answers and you will be good.
