Duke Energy interview questions

Teams video call with the hiring manager and one of the engineers I would be grouped with. Relaxed environment without too much formality, generally just a conversation between professionals about what they are looking for, what experience I have and what the job needs.

Initial screening through Zoom meeting after application. Follow up phone call and referred for in person interview. Met with managers and senior leadership on the real estate team. Overall a fairly average process.
