      Financial Analyst Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Dream Opportunity

      Interview

I was engaged for a permanent remote role and given clear professional assurances. Based on those assurances, I made important career decisions. The role was later placed on hold without transparency or accountability, and communication eventually stopped altogether. Despite formal escalation through appropriate channels, the matter remains unresolved, with no response or closure. What’s most concerning is not a change in plans, but the complete absence of ownership once commitments had already been relied upon. For an organisation that claims to support careers and opportunity, this experience reflects a serious gap between stated values and actual conduct. Proceed with caution, document everything, and be prepared for silence if circumstances change. Shared purely for awareness, based on personal experience.
