One zoom call with three different interviews talked to each for about 20 minutes. The interview was an hour long. Each person had a different set of questions. But it’s more about trying to know you.

Zoom call with 2 interviewers both working in the position you are interviewing for. Asked to go over your experience and what led you to Draftkings. Next answered questions on experiences of handling certain situations. Ended with questions to ask the interviewers. The next day was emailed an online assessment which simulates how the role is in answering customer emails.

Interview was very simple. Easy questions. However, they didn't let me know dress code and I showed up in a suit and each interviewer was wearing jeans and a sweatshirt.
