Interview
One of the more engaging interviews I’ve ever had. The first round was a phone screen with a member of HR mainly talking about my experiences and DK as a company. Then had a 1 on 1 Interview with a director followed by a final round interview with 6 different employees. These interviews were more focused on the essential duties of the operations team.
Everyone I met with was very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about my career and if I could be a fit at DK. They did a great job preparing for virtual interviews during the pandemic and made me feel comfortable at all times.
The only negative part of the experience was that I was told after the final round I would receive a call with feedback (positive or negative) but that never came, but I assume that’s down for legal reasons.
I would definitely recommend applying to DK as the interview process will show you how much everyone you talk to enjoys their jobs and are passionate about what they do.

First a normal phone call screen, then more interviews to follow. Pretty standard process with nothing out of the ordinary. Because of the pandemic there were no in person interviews.
