The whole process was a twelve step, comprehensive process including five in person interviews, personality test and dinner with the owners, manager and with the significant other. The whole process was very relaxed and informal and they want you to feel comfortable. All they are looking for is someone who can do the role they are looking for, or learn it quickly, and someone with a well rounded, mentally stable, background. Nothing to prepare for other than being your confident self.
