Double interview questions

The interview was via Zoom, and went really great. We talked about my experience already being an executive assistant, and also talked about our hobbies. I thought everything went pretty well, but was told I wasn’t a great fit. There was no indication of that during the interview, as they told me my experience aligned with the job description. Was pretty disappointed.
