It took one month to complete the process. First they will call you and ask to complete few task to check your command on language (English). They ask to.complete one task to check your knowledge on MS Excel, MS Word, PPT. This will be written test. Second time they will call you after 2 weeks wherein they will ask you to read a script in UK accent. Then after 2 weeks they will call you for personal interview. After it will take one week wherein you will get a phone call from company where they will negotiate on your salary. If you agree the salary they are offering you are selected.
