The interview was a pleasant and relaxed experience, exceeding my initial expectations regarding the usual pressure of a traditional interview. The entire conversation was friendly, which created a comfortable environment to share my experiences and discuss the role of Partnership Manager. I particularly appreciated that the questions focused primarily on soft skills, emphasizing my ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and collaborate in a professional setting. Although the interview was conducted in Romanian, my English proficiency was also assessed. I was asked to describe a situation from my previous job in English, which was an interesting exercise to demonstrate my linguistic skills in a professional context.
