Standard telephone interview with HR. Next had to do a skills level test online. Then an in person interview with HR manager, then VP Finance and the CFO, which took a few hours. The whole hiring process took well over a month due to vacation schedules.

Question 1
HR had the usual situational questions. The VP Finance asked about my past experience, we discussed the new changes in the company. The CFO happened to be in so they asked me to meet with them, we discussed my past and what I would do in the position and what they were looking for.
