Interview
Initial homework for filtering out candidates, followed up with a 3h Skype interview.
I was initially contacted by a recruiter from Docler, via email. We had a phone conversation to evaluate my English and then they sent me the homework.
The homework was evaluated within a day, at which point I communicated with the recruiter via email and settled a time for the Skype interview.
The whole process took about a week.

Interview
After submitting my resume I was called back in a week. The first part of interview round was about general things about the company In second one I had to talk about past projects and answer a lot of questions about development, system architecture and high availability.
Both the HR assistant and the tech guys were really professional and nice to talk with.

Interview
Before the interview I was introduced to the company and given a test task.
Interview process was divided in three parts.
- Short interview with HR. We spoke about me and the company. Stuff I like to do. Stuff that company does, etc.
- Technical interview with a couple of Team Leaders.
- Final interview and Job Offer.
