Discovery Tree School interview questions

The interview was pretty nonchalant. They seemed really desperate for workers. During my "training day" when I wasn't officially hired, the lead teacher in the room I was in, went on break and just didn't bother coming back. I should've been my first sign that the place wasn't run well.
