I was interviewed by one manager and was asked questions that would determine if i was capable of preforming the job. I was asked to preform a sale to a customer while the manager watched me. I was also asked to preform the necessary steps required to run the bays in a teemingly manner.

They mostly just try to get to know you and about things going on in your life. It is a way for them to know if they would enjoy working with you or not. They are also truly listening and care about what your saying so do not go into it like a brick wall. Worst part about it is there are usually 2 managers in the room for it.
