They called me and hired my company to do investigations for them in FL. Everything was conducted over the phone. When a new case would open up in my area, I would receive a text message or email asking if I was available to do conduct the investigation. If I was available, they would email me more specifics but never once would they even send me a comprehensive report on the subject.
