Interview
First I had a job interview over the phone, then I went for a face to face with the director. He asked me regular questions. I was called the week after for a second interview face to face with the all team, I visited the work place. And finally had another phone interview with another member of the team.

No difficulties, they are very nice team. The answer was very long, and I had to ask several time before getting the decision.
It was positive overall but vague and last minute at times. The first interview was delayed because of a mix-up in Zoom links. But got a quick response which was helpful

Interview
Had three interview rounds and did not hear back for almost four week which is a very long time to be awaiting a response. I appreciate it can be a slow process but overall not a great experience, would not recommend.
Amazing, couldn't have been a better interview experience. The interviews were long yet felt short. The interviewers were genuine, honest and interested in my answers. It was a great learning experience and I felt like I fit in with the ethos
