I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Digitl in Dec 2022
Interview
The manager couldn't make it to the meeting, two recently hired direct reports interviewed me instead. One boasted about his previous employments (why did you leave tho if you were working for top tech companies and they were great, and why should I care?) and then proceeded to ask about my current and previous projects. He didn't know these technologies well and asked me to explain my projects, again, using tech he was used to working with, which wasn't on the job description and obviously I had zero experience working with as well. After a confusing 75-minute interview going back and forth with him appearing less and less knowledgeable by the minute and me struggling to translate my knowledge into unknown tech and tools, simplifying the explanations as much as I could, the interview ended and I got a rejection email the day after sent by the manager who was missing from the entire interview process. Big joke of an interview that made me understand the startup isn't mature enough.
