Der Recruiting-Prozess war insgesamt sehr angenehm und in drei klar strukturierte Schritte unterteilt. Zunächst fand ein Gespräch mit einem Recruiter statt, anschließend folgte ein Austausch mit dem Teamlead. Abschließend gab es ein finales Gespräch mit einem der beiden CEOs.

Interview
An informal 30 min chat with the Director of Marketing. I was then sent a test via email at an agreed suitable time to complete and submit within 3 hours. They did not respond to let me know the outcome of the interview. Obviously I didn't get the role but ronically I'm glad I didn't after attending interview and completing a lengthy test not to even get a response shouts very clearly... a company I don't want to work for.
