Interview
Very easy, over skype for me because I was in college out of LA. He asked me questions about myself, my experience and let me expand on those thoughts. He didn't ask very detailed questions but that's probably because I had very detailed answers to his basic questions.
This was the most informal, laid-back interview of all time. David cares more about your personality and your educational background than your previous work experience. Just be your authentic self, and you'll be fine!

Describe your educational background, what did you study ?
Great experience! Did a phone interview first, then an in-person interview at the office. They offer a lot of areas to gain experience in. Working with the showroom is a lot of fun.
