Got a call from the recruiter. I was slightly hesitant because it was a startup, but the briefing by recruiter was encouraging. First interview was with the Founder (now that was a surprise for me as the founder himself made the first call to provide detailed information about company, products they are building and what they are looking for). I was pretty impressed at what they were building. And they were very clear and asked me to not waste my time if I am not excited about the company, products and the opportunity. Technical interview was done by a senior tech guys and it was more like a technical discussion than an interview. He started with a design problem and stayed within the same topic with a lot of interesting discussions around it. I think they interview till the candidates break (in a good way). Offer processing took couple of weeks after the final interview.
