Not much question they asked, they looking only appearance. No organization, no accountability, everyone is to blame but no one will listen to actually fix anything. It's a very stressful place to work.

Easy and effective. They are goal oriented and require the coders to be the same. Overall a positive experience. Asked about a lot of open source industry and project contribution. Asked to show the same open source contribution through channels like Github. This shows your past experience with contributed in massive codebases.
