Desoto County Schools interview questions

The interview consisted of speaking with the principal in his office. I introduced myself, and I addressed my passion for education. The interview process made me feel comfortable and was very effective to give me an idea of the position.

Met one on one with school principal. Discussed philosophy of education. Values in education. Prior experience. Was told of the school's goals for students and I shared how I could help them reach those goals.
