The interview process is highly abrupt, disrespectful of time, and most concerning, it lacked any substantial discussion about my work experience, which left me feeling undervalued as a candidate. Throughout the interview, there was a notable absence of questions or inquiries regarding my work experience, accomplishments, and expertise in the field. I had prepared extensively to discuss my relevant background and showcase how my skills align with the requirements of the role. However, the interviewers seemed disinterested and did not provide me with an opportunity to highlight my qualifications or contribute to a meaningful dialogue. Furthermore, the interview process was highly rushed, with minimal time allocated for me to provide thoughtful responses. The interviewers frequently interrupted me and swiftly moved on to the next question, not allowing me sufficient opportunity to express myself fully. This rushed and disrespectful approach left me feeling unheard and unable to effectively communicate my abilities and experiences. An effective interview process should focus on evaluating a candidate's work experience, skills, and suitability for the position. By neglecting to delve into my work history and not giving ample opportunity for me to elaborate on my achievements, the interview failed to provide a comprehensive assessment of my qualifications for the role. I strongly believe that a well-structured and respectful interview process is paramount in attracting and evaluating top talent. Candidates invest significant time and effort in preparing for interviews, and a thoughtful exploration of their work experience helps create a fair and thorough evaluation process. It was incredibly informal and with the president of the company. I am told interviews are conducted differently by management.
