Interview
The interview process was quick and very typical behaviour/situational questions. It's a startup they have a very small team. However I do agree with the other reviews regarding being ghosted. Their HR team clearly lacks communication skills. I was asked about my availability for a second interview with the CEO, I confirmed to the HR person and I never heard from them nor was I sent the invitation for that day, I was shocked that on that day I was sent the invitation 20 mins before the "supposed" interview.
Overall, it was an okay experience, however their HR team should be more responsive prospects.
