Applied in their website. Screened by video call by their HR Manager, who actively posts on social networks about the company's work culture and employee happiness. Asked more info about my background. Actively showed interest on my work and asked my salary pretensions. Then added on me on Linkedin and asked me to proceed with the recruitment there. Completely ghosted me, making me believe she just wanted a follower/or to justify her working time.
