Interview
I had 3 interviews, the first was with the recruiter, then I had interviews with the hiring manager, and one more interview after that. All interviews were 30-45 minutes and done over video on their Microsoft teams.

They gave me specific situations and challenges relevant to the program and asked me how I would solve and/or approach the situation.
