I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deltapath (San Jose, CA) in Oct 2017
Interview
I was shortlisted and invited onsite immediately for an interview. I wasn't provided much information about the interview other than I needed to showcase my work. The onsite interview was with only one individual. It was straight forward -- presenting my portfolio and answering questions regarding my work.
Afterwards, I was scheduled to have a video conference several days later. They asked a great deal about my mobile experience and focused more on the UX more than visual design questions. Very straightforward and generic interview. Afterwards, I was told that they'll reach out to me about their decision.
I haven't heard back for a week so I sent an email. No response. Five days later, I questioned again. Still, no response. Very disappointed with how they handled their hiring process. Instead of just ghosting their candidates, it would save some face if they had a template on hand to turn away people. Totally wasted my time and efforts.
