Very bizarre interview, clearly did not read my CV, bad vibes all over. The position was based in securing funding and donors, and I have transferrable skills (I assume that's why I was shortlisted), but limited experience in this directly. Continued to ask me what the biggest major donations I secured were ( If they read my CV they would know this is not my experience). After I asked one question at the end, wrapped up the interview even though I had more questions and made it very clear they wanted to get me off the phone and did not let me finish my questions. I left the phone in tears, most painfully awkward and rude interview, and waste of time I have ever experienced. Very bizarre and as expected, did not get a rejection and was ghosted, though based on their rudeness in the interview it is assumed.
