Deloitte Director, Talent Management interview questions

I had a phone interview with a TA Specialist in Montreal and was told at the end of the interview it went well and that she would follow-up with me the following week. She called me a week later to say that they had moved forward with other candidates which of course I was disappointed. Before we ended the call I asked for feedback and the response I got was ‘oh you want feedback’ like no one has ever asked for feedback before. I think it’s fair to get feedback on why I didn’t move forward to help me for next time. So she said she actually didn’t have feedback for me and that if I wanted it she would look into and get back to me ASAP. In the meantime, she said to let her know if I saw other roles that interested me in the future. So of course she never called me back with feedback. It’s safe to say that I am no longer interested in Deloitte and their candidate experience is terrible. Here’s a recommendation: Give people feedback who invest their time in the interview process and if you don’t have feedback, make some up!!!
