I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Brisbane) in May 2022
Interview
The interview day was so much fun. We had to do a group activity and then present/pitch our ideas. It was great meeting new people and hearing their ideas. It wasn’t stressful or too difficult but I also think I was lucky because the topic was something I’m very passionate about and it was my major during my undergrad degree. After that was the individual interviews. Again, it was very stress-free and felt like having a conversation with a friend. Lastly, there was a Q+A session. The HR team that ran the interview day did an amazing job and I think they really brought out the best in all the candidates.

Question 1
How would you respond to a hypothetical case/client?
I found the entire interview process extremely long, and found the amount of time in between stages dragged on. I did enjoy that I had a specific recruitment advisor. Good overall process.
