Applied online, took part in the online assessment (which took me way longer than the 60 minutes they reccomended), then was invited for an online interview with a manager and director. I initially applied for an internship, but they offered me a career entry position. Overall great interview process!

Mi é stato chiesto di parlare del mio percorso accademico, quali fossero le mie aspirazioni future, se fossi disponibile a lavorare in sede e agli orari stabiliti
Aptitude test followed by group dicussion followed by personal interview. Each round was an elimination round. As it was part of a college placement , it was a relatively easy interview process which focused on filtering out the candidates based on various tests

La mia esperienza è stata estremamente positiva, caratterizzata da una descrizione personale ben strutturata, un project work stimolante e un test d'inglese sfidante. Il team di recruiting ha dimostrato grande collaborazione e disponibilità, suddividendo i partecipanti in due gruppi per agevolare il lavoro. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la capacità di ascolto e il supporto fornito durante ogni fase del processo.
