Interview
Two back to back interviews, one behavior and one case. Behavior is pretty straight forward, so prepare yourself 3-4 stories they want to listen. In terms of case interview, Deloitte does it slightly differently from other firms. A lot of qualitative questions without a definite answer to look for. I was a little bit nervous in this part. Try very, very hard to relax and it will ease you into the 'case mode'.
Several cases, cases online are a good reflection of the real interview process. Also practicing with friends was helpful, especially friends who had past consulting experience. Behavioral was also important.
Had to do an online cognitive assessment followed by a job simulation test. Job simulation was based on a case study. Combination of both video responses, calculations, typing e-mail responses and choosing best options
Video Interview with manager. Was very friendly and open and no trick questions. Basically and overview of how socially adept you are. You just have to convince them that you wantthe job and are excited to enter the work force.
