Interview
There were more than 300 applicants doing the aptitude test and it was quite competitive as they required less than 10 people. We were monitored through zoom meeting. The questions were quite easy and I never understood the criteria they used to shortlist people for the next stage.

J’ai eu à passer 3 étapes : un call RH, un business day toute la matinée avec plusieurs autres candidats, et une autre matinée d’interview avec une employée RH, une Partner et une Senior de l’équipe que je souhaitais intégrer.
Final interview after completing online assessments. one part includes a presentation with questions afterwards. other part is normal competencies, motivations etc. each part is with a different senior member of the team applied to.
