Submitted a resume and followed up with an AI screening interview for 30 minutes. Following completion of the AI screen, had video interview with a party that led to second interview with the principal(s) who were late to the interview.

Recruiting screener, followed by behavioral with consultant, followed by business case interview with Partner and offer to join the firm if desired and I did not desire because I did not want to.

Short, but no return follow up. Interviewer was fine and questions were standard however there wasn't much info shared abou the role or the previous person who had the job

Share your management style and philosophy and what you hope to achieve
Recruitment call, no follow-up interview in the process. It was a standard interview process, no issues but I did not move far into the interview timeline. The recruiter was very friendly and helpful in answering questions.
