It was alright. There’s nothing you can do to prepare. They are looking for natural reactions to different situations. Overall, it was not an easy one. I think confidence and being relaxed during the job simulation might help.
Pretty straightforward process overall. Started with a group interview where we worked through a case/activity as a team and discussed our ideas.
Then there was a one-on-one interview with a presentation. It was quite conversational and the presentation was pretty causal as well.
The standardised tests involved comparing many really similar scenarios which felt a bit pointless. The interviewer asked me for a presentation about the pros and cons of AI but when I was discussing the environmental harm they steered me away from the cons.
