Interview
The process consisted of 4 rounds.The first round was a computer based timed test which tested the basic aptitude skills of the candidate. The second round was Group Discussion.The third round consisted of a group case study where a group of students was provided with a single case and everyone had to come up with his own thought process and recommendations. The final round was Personal Interview.

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
three interviews the same day with different level of hierarchy. They ask relevant questions related to the position and there is unless questions such as "3 strenghts and 3 weaknesess"
