Pretty structured and basic, they had sheet of questions and stuck to it, not much exploring my answers or anything.
Some competency based questions (describe a time you demonstrated x ) along with a few questions about my CV and experience.
Nothing unexpected, no nonsense or unusual interview techniques.
Nice, friendly environment and interviewers. (There were 2 of them!)

Question 1
Describe a time you had a problem working in a team and how did you attempt to resolve it.
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
